Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The package you are interested in
- Any project notes you write
- Your preferred call date and time, if you book one
- Your timezone, detected by your browser, so we can show call times in your local clock
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that message.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our host, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Analytics and advertising data from the TikTok Pixel, which is active on this site
We do not use this website to collect payment card details, government identification, or any special category data. Please do not send that information through the inquiry form.
Why we use it

- To deliver a project you have engaged us for
- To keep records of agreements and invoices
- To measure how the site performs and how our advertising reaches people
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio for analytics and record keeping. Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies, we handle your data on those bases.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make this site work:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes server logs.
- Resend delivers the inquiry emails to us and the confirmation email to you.
- TikTok receives analytics and advertising signals through the pixel on this site.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs serve fonts and icons, which means your browser contacts them when a page loads.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and tracking
The TikTok Pixel sets cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and ad performance. This site does not currently show a cookie consent banner, so if you would rather not be tracked, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use your browser's tracking protection. Blocking them does not stop you from using the site or the inquiry form.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and project correspondence for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal records. If an inquiry does not become a project, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using your data for marketing

The ₦120,000 website promo
These are the standing terms of the promo. The final scope, timeline, and payment schedule for your specific project are confirmed in writing before work starts, and that written agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.
What the promo is
We are offering a website build at a promotional price of ₦120,000. It is a limited offer, separate from the packages listed on our pricing section, and it is intended for straightforward builds that fit within an agreed scope.
What is included
The exact page count, features, and number of revision rounds are agreed with you in writing before we begin, and that agreed scope is what the ₦120,000 covers. Anything requested outside it is quoted separately and is not part of the promo price.
What is not included
- Domain registration and renewal
- Hosting fees beyond any introductory period stated in your agreement
- Payment gateway fees and third-party service subscriptions
- Paid themes, plugins, stock photography, and licensed fonts
- Copywriting, photography, and content creation unless agreed in writing
- Ongoing maintenance, retainers, and support past the agreed handover
Third-party costs are paid by you directly to the provider, and their prices are outside our control.
Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on you supplying content, feedback, and approvals. Delays in receiving those move the delivery date accordingly. We will always tell you what we are waiting on.
Payment
A deposit is required before work begins. Once work has started, the deposit covers time already spent and is not refundable. The balance is due as set out in your written agreement. Ownership of the final website transfers to you once payment is complete.
Availability
The promo is limited and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. The promotional price applies only to projects confirmed in writing while the promo is running. It cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and it is not redeemable for cash.
Your data under the promo
Signing up for the promo does not change how we handle your data. Everything in this policy applies in the same way, and we will not use your project details for anything beyond delivering your website unless you agree otherwise. If we would like to feature your finished site in our portfolio, we will ask you first.
Links and embedded content
Our portfolio page embeds live previews of client websites, and this site links to third-party services. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Security
Inquiry data is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered by email to our studio inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio and this website change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
